Paying by Check or Money Order:

We do not process checks or money orders. We only accept Paypal and major credit cards as the secure payment method.

Shipping Information:

All products ordered are shipped within two (2) business days within US, five (5) business days for international. Please note that every attempt is made to ship products at a timely manner. If a certain product is not immediately available from our warehouse, your products will be back-ordered and you will be notified of such.

Any additional shipping charges are indicated with the item description as applicable. Charges for shipping will be added to your order according to the following (all in US$ currency):

Free Shipping Details (USA Customers)

FedEx Home Delivery Shipping is free if your before-tax order total is at least $35 and you select "FedEx Home Delivery" shipping at checkout.

FedEx 2nd Business Day Shipping is free if your before-tax order total is at least $97 and you select "FedEx 2nd Business Day" shipping at checkout.

FedEx Next Business Day Shipping is free if your before-tax order total is at least $197 and you select "FedEx Next Business Day" shipping at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping is free if your before-tax order total is at least $35 and you select "USPS Priority Mail" shipping at checkout.

Shipping Standards

Products are shipped directly from Herbalife warehouses and follow Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. General shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the SAME day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the NEXT business day.
  • Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
  • Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
  • Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder. The backordered item will be shipped separately via USPS. Backordered items cannot be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to the Herbalife warehouse. If the backordered item was part of a larger Next Day or 2-Day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order since Herbalife does not credit us.
  • Orders SHIPPED on a Friday using FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day, will arrive Monday or Tuesday respectively (Next business day.) Orders shipped with FedEx Overnight service will arrive by 3:00pm the next business day.
  • Note:
    Warehouse shipping days are Monday - Friday. All orders will be shipped on the next business day, whenever possible.

    USPS for International and Military addresses. Non-US destinations will be shipped by weight according to rates provided by USPS.com.

    Refund and Return Policy:

    We are committed to making you happy! You can return all or part of your order within 30 days for a complete refund. Note that IBPs and Mini-IBPs are non-refundable. No refunds for empty containers or bottles. We ask that you first write to us at support@TopShapeUSA.com to get an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization), and we will give you instructions on how to return the merchandise.

    We are committed to delivering effective, high-quality products and we offer customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with a recent purchase, CONTACT US and we can process your return. It’s our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction. To make a return, follow these steps:

    1. All returns must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to be accepted at our warehouse. CONTACT US to obtain the RMA#, return instructions, and return forms.
    2. We will send you 2 forms: (1) Retail Order/Receipt Form and (1) Customer Request for Refund Form. Print out both forms.
    3. Sign ONLY the "CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE" line on each form and include both forms within your return (the remainder of each form will be completed by us upon reviewing your return).
    4. Send us the unused portion of the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
    5. The return package should be insured and trackable. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
    6. Do not ship back to Herbalife Warehouse. This would only delay your refund. We will give you detailed instructions on where and how to ship the products.
  • All returns opened and unopened, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Note that Paypal may charge a transaction fee on receiving refund.
  • Any coupon credits will be void, and be deducted from refund amount.
  • Return costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • Wholesale & Distributor Kits cannot be returned once the products are opened.
  • If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.
  • Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
  • Do not ship back to Herbalife Warehouse. This would only delay your refund.
  • No refunds on empty containers or bottles.
  • No refunds or returns on items bought from another distributor or website. They will be discarded and you will not receive any credit.
  • Sales Tax:

    Sales Tax will be added according to your state's law. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order, not including shipping and handling charges (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.
